Team Roles:
SCRUM Master: Genevieve
Ensures the SCRUM process ran smoothly and tackled any challenges related to the SCRUM process. Assigned project work for each SCRUM and checked in on progress of work throughout the duration of the SCRUM. Also worked to help with front end development for completion of the project.
Product Owner: Ruby
Prioritized the project work, focused on delivering value to our hypothetical client. Made sure to check in on quality of the UI and project features to make sure that they were high quality for our client. Also worked to help with front end development for the completion of the project.
Developers: Zuhair, Ethan
Focused almost solely on development of the project. Spent all three SCRUMS working on base and user cases for completion of the project. Each developer contributed to either front or back end development, including database and API usage and implementation.
Tech Support / Developer: Anuj
Managed any technical issues or needs the team encountered throughout development. Spent the majority of the time focusing solely on development of the project, and aided other team members with their developmental contributions. Was mainly focused on back end development, but participated in front end as well.
Documentation / Developer: Liam
Documented the team process and progress throughout the project. Created a document where each week was tracked and described to follow the development process throughout the three SCRUMS. Additionally, created and maintained the team website, where the project was ultimately displayed and described. Also worked to help with back end development for completion of the project.
